Beautiful Plants For Your Interior

With the rapid advancement of technology, lithium batteries have become an indispensable core energy source in modern life. Among them, floor standing lithium energy storage batteries are widely used in household, commercial, and industrial fields due to their high efficiency and stable performance. Whether it is used in conjunction with household photovoltaics, as a backup power source, or for large-scale energy storage systems, mastering the correct maintenance and usage methods can greatly unleash its performance advantages and extend asset life.
- Strictly control the operating temperature
Temperature is a key factor affecting the performance and decay rate of lithium batteries:
Thermal ventilation: During installation, direct sunlight and high heat sources should be avoided to ensure sufficient heat dissipation channels around the equipment. Excessive temperature can accelerate the chemical aging inside the battery and even cause thermal runaway.
Cold insulation: Extremely low ambient temperatures can cause an increase in battery internal resistance, a decrease in available capacity, or limited charging and discharging. When used in cold regions, it is recommended to install it in a temperature controlled room or choose a battery system with automatic heating and insulation function. - Scientific charge and discharge management
Reasonable charging and discharging habits can significantly improve the cycle life of lithium batteries:
Matching dedicated adapters: It is necessary to use original or officially certified inverters and charging equipment to ensure accurate matching of voltage and current parameters.
Avoid deep discharge: Try to avoid completely depleting the power (SoC) before charging, as long-term deep discharge can cause irreversible capacity degradation.
Maintain a healthy battery range: Long term full charge (100%) or extremely low charge will increase cell pressure. It is recommended to maintain the daily charging and discharging range between 20% and 80% in daily life; If it needs to be idle for a long time, it is most ideal to keep the battery storage at around 50%.
- Standardized daily inspections
Floor standing lithium batteries are mostly designed for long lifespan, and reasonable daily maintenance can ensure stable system operation:
Environmental cleanliness: Regularly clean the dust on the equipment casing and cooling air ducts, keep the body dry, and prevent electrical short circuits or corrosion of wiring terminals caused by humid environments.
Health (SoH) monitoring: Monitor capacity degradation using the accompanying BMS (Battery Management System) software. Long life floor standing lithium iron phosphate batteries can typically operate stably for 8-15 years (3000-6000 cycles or more); If there is a sudden drop in capacity or excessive pressure difference between individual units, professional personnel should be contacted for testing and repair, rather than blindly replacing them regularly.
- Establish a red line safety awareness
Safety is no small matter, and vigilance should be maintained at all times during daily use:
Isolate flammable materials: The battery installation and storage area should be kept away from flammable and explosive materials, and equipped with standard fire extinguishing equipment (such as dry powder or carbon dioxide fire extinguishers).
Immediate power outage in case of abnormal situation: Once the battery casing is found to be swollen, deformed, making abnormal noises, continuously overheating, smoking or emitting odors, the power should be cut off immediately, personnel should be evacuated, and the manufacturer or fire department should be contacted as soon as possible. Do not disassemble it by yourself.
